PHOTO OF THE MONTH CONTEST RULES
1. you MUST be a member with dues paid up to date.
2. Each member may submit one Photograph and it must pertain to the Monthly Theme.
3. PHOTOGRAPH NEEDS TO BE TAKEN WITHIN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
4. Image should be sized at 1200 pixels on the longest side and no more than 150 DPI (best for web is 72 dpi).
5. Members will receive an email each month with upload instructions and first date to upload (usually two weeks prior to the next meeting).
6. The email will give the final date and time for uploading your photo.
7. Voting will be open about a week prior to the meeting. The email will give exact dates and times.
8. Winners will be announced toward the end of the meeting.
* These rules are subject to change as needed so please stay tuned. Any such change will be noted here and in the emails covering the photo contests.
