I recommend searching for images under the "creative commons" license. Depending upon the use you can search for only those images which will allow you to use them for your project.. Here is the flickr link… https://www.flickr.com/creativecommons/

I recommend the following artist's channel on YouTube.com - I learned A LOT from him. He is not an photographer but because of that he is a master at manipulating light when compositing didn't elements shot in different lighting conditions. His info I use every single project. He is amazing.  Search forPSDBOX.com - and his name is Andrei Oprinca. 

Plearn.com is also a great place to learn photoshop techniques. you can go to their website or watch them on their YouTube.com channel.

 I recommend Brook Shaden's class on CreativeLive.com and I also recommend Aaron Nace onCreativeLive.com - He is the guy that also owns Phlearn.com

The local printer I recommend is Mike Damico, Frame & Art Gallery. 112 E Fowlkes Street, Franklin, TN 37064 www.damicogallery.com 615-815-6015 - I would not get your prints made at Costco or Walmart. Mike has some beautiful papers and uses archival inks. Hold one of his prints up to a budget lab you can see a world of difference. :-)
